So sorry I have been MIA for the last week! Truthfully, the last week has been filled with a rollercoaster of events including but not limited to the following...

Introducing London Lorin Harbeck, born Sunday Feb 20th, 4lbs 13 oz and so adorable. Due to a blood transfusion that my sister had when she was younger, she had some high risk issues with the pregnancy and delivered 4 weeks early. Little London has been in the nicu ever since and getting stronger every day.

Since we have been up the hospital so much we have found an amzing place to get the best burger of you life! Seriously ... http://www.tomandeddies.com/ has all free range meat from a local farmer and all their ingretdients for everything on the menu is preservitive free, organic and delicious. Check out this brie, carmelized onion and apple burger!

A few other cool things this month, I got the opportunity to style for a commercial this week! It was so much fun and I loved the energy of working with set directors and the crew!

I love Valentines Day... just a wonderful reason to eat chocolate, enjoy the loves in your life and eat more chocolate!

I started by finishing up all of my HeirBloom shipments that had to go out. I was lucky enough to be featured on a blog for a Valentines giveaway and I got alot of custom orders... yay!

My great friend Lindsay at http://www.lindsayletters.com/ designed these fabulous business cards for me and they couldn't have been more perfect

Valentines Day... my little one allowed me to dress her and she never does, so this was a very happy day!

My hubby got me flowers of course so I made us an Italian dinner

This is a whole wheat penne pasta with a lemon caper sauce, turkey bacon and spinach

This is how I ended the night... and I am telling you it was amazing! You must try this!

I had so many different emotions last night watching the Grammy night 2011. Blown away by some of the amazing style icons I saw on the red carpet and then of course found myself laughing out loud at some of the "interesting" talent like Lady Gaga arriving in an egg as she was "dialating" in the womb preparing for her performance!

I just get so excited on any award show night really and someday I will make it to one of them I am sure of it! So where do I begin... Here is my favs in order based on their total style and look

So I have to stop and pause to just fill you in on what I was thinking when I saw Gweny come out from back stage to accompany muppets, feathers, sequence, and a very large Cee Lo Green Peacock behind a piano in a weird sort of "Fragle Rock" rendition of "Forget You"... Wow she looked so georg in that slinky black one piece get up, understated but beyond sexy with the deep plunge neckline. I LOVE the hot pink feathers and that is pretty much what I could not stop staring at the entire time she tried to dance in those amazing huge heals! The stylist in me was obsessing over her look and from head to toe, everything was seamless and she was stunning. But then the singer in me was very torn by the fact that she was just on the CMA's recently singing country for her big debut and something about this Pop Muppet song just felt forced. She actually held her own vocally, which was impressive but based on the reviews she is getting alot of flack for "trying" to cross over to the same industry her hubbie so dominates! The bottom line is, this is my 2nd fav look of the entire award show so she is still on top in my book!

Really?

And now for the winner and my new obsession and who I believe I should be wearing on a daily basis but cannot afford but will somehow replicate their entire spring line for a fraction of the cost...

What I wore today!

What my treat was... Red Velvet Cupcakes my friend Mary's mom made!

What I made for the kids dinner... Bruchetta Chicken, so simple so good. Use an entire bag of spinach, 1 onion cut, feta cheese to taste, greek olives, and a small basket of cherry tomatoes cut in halves. Mix with Newmans Own Balsamic dressing and 4 chicken breasts, cover with tinfoil and bake at 350 for about 40 min or until chicken is cooked all the way. Serve with brown rice!

As for my dinner, stay tuned, my hubbie is taking me out!
