About Style Story
Welcome to Style Story Blog. I began this blog as a fun outlet and a way to document my journey as a wardrobe and fashion stylist. Bringing you with behind the scenes, on set, photo shoots, and giving tips and ideas with my custom style boards. As a busy mom of 5 juggling twin toddlers, sports schedules, school projects and running my business HeirBloom . I am lucky enough to enjoy this ride with my high school sweetheart and best friend Nate. I have the most fantastic group of girlfriends who challenge, love and support me and my skies the limit dreams! We all are unique, created with a purpose and my job is to help you project the best version of yourself, through your style. We are all telling a story with how we present ourselves. I design one of a kind accessories that truly capture who you are. To accessorize is to take what is already there and bump it up! Show all sides of your personality and give yourself the ability to have some fun! I will help you learn how to smartly style and accessorize your life!
A few fun facts
Passions: Helping women to find their full potential in becoming the best version of themselves. Through styling, image consulting, designing, leadership, health and wellness, raising kids and all the many things that come along with that.
Motto: RELAX, laugh as often as you can and remember each day is a new day to start over
Hobbies: Honestly, I love so many things... playing outside with my kids, writing, designing beautiful things, spending time with the women who inspire me to be better, date nights with my hubby and lots of baby kisses
Food: I am obsessed with food, yummy and healthy foods, creating new recipes, homemade cookies, thin crust pizza, a delicious cake made with real butter, really I could go on for days. My favorite meal is brunch!
Challenge: balance, finding balance as a mom, career minded, goal driven, idea junkie. Trying to keep perspective in life as we have the most important job in the world shaping our children
Soul: I believe we were created by God, uniquely wired, and purpose filled! Goodness and giving and love and serving and more love and forgiveness and grace is where I feel at peace. There is no greater feeling than to love until they ask why.
Family: most important thing in the world, your family is your home and each day I see a little bit of myself and my husband in our kids and somedays that is not so good and some days we get a small glimpse of hope that maybe just maybe we are doing something right
Politics: education is important, obsession is not, staying in the "know" and forming your own beliefs and opinions is healthy, being a part of your community and a part of positive change
Leadership: After living in Atlanta for nearly 10 years and gaining a wealth of knowledge from working with leadership author John Maxwell and the many amazing friendships that we gained there, I learned in my 20's that you will lead when you first know how to follow
All of the moments in your life have created a story that are reflected in your style. My job is to help you find that style and bring out the best version of yourself.
